Preferred skills and qualifications:
Solid, well-rounded foundational knowledge of regulatory policies under the Federal Power Act and other federal energy laws
Knowledge of FERC cost-of-service ratemaking policies and practices
Experience with rate cases before FERC
Knowledge of Open Access Transmission Tariff
and wholesale electricity markets
Strong analytical research and writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Any experience with natural gas rate matters should be noted in submissions of interest.
