GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Senior Sustainability Analyst supports ongoing sustainability project

management as related to DaVita\'s 2025 Environmental Goals, and additional

projects as assigned. The Senior Analyst collaborates with several internal

and external stakeholders to continue the progress of DaVita\'s

sustainability initiatives across DaVita\'s dialysis centers and business

offices. Senior analyst also owns data management, quality, and

information systems in support of all the Energy & Sustainability (Village

Green) teams goal and project tracking and reporting needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect data and content for internal and external sustainability reporting

including 2025 goals, MYO reporting, water/energy/waste reporting,

SBTs, etc. (60%)

Manages end-to-end logistics and data analysis of sustainability projects that

are related to water reduction, green building, waste management and

procurement. (15%)

Supports Energy & Sustainability Team (Village Green) in special

projects. (10%)

Create presentations for key meetings as it relates to project management and

decision making for energy & sustainability initiatives. (10%)

Other duties as assigned. (5%)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed Bachelor\'s Degree with a strong record of academic achievement;

Master\'s degree preferred.

Minimum two years of experience related to environmental and sustainability

efforts.

LEED Advanced Professional credentials in any specialty preferred

Salary/ Wage Range\$46,700.00-\$68,600.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a

candidate\'s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may

fall outside of the range shown. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards
