Role Summary:
This role will be measured on its customer relationship (NPS, renewal rate, growth in SSA revenue) and the ability to produce financial and operating results (CM%) for the Control Solutions business. Each Contract Performance Manager (CSSAM) will be required to manage long-term system support agreements SSAs. CSSAMs are located regionally. CSSAMs are charged with customer satisfaction & growth in revenue including incremental MCS offerings.
Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Controls System Support Agreement Manager, you will:
Execute long-term system support agreements SSAs
Own the customer relationship and ability to meet internal GE objectives
Interface with commercial teams for new customer opportunities
Provide VOC to Product Line Leadership team relative to Controls Solutions offerings
Execute SSA (System Support Agreements) obligations
Order / track / validate Billing for SSA agreement deliverables
Collection and use of SAP financial data for the effective management and reporting of results
Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest Controls Solutions offering opportunities to owner and as well as other up selling opportunities
Develop sales planning / forecasting for each SSA Customer
Support customer in maintaining operating assets with Controls Solutions products and services
Build strong partnerships internal and external suppliers to drive customer satisfaction and profitability of SSA agreement
Develop and maintain an understanding of control systems, interfaces and related networks Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 7 years controls product experience in power generation including 1 year of project experience)
Minimum 3 years controls product experience in power generation
Minimum 1 year of project experience Desired Characteristics:
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in power generation industry, previous commercial or project management experience
Understanding of GE financial measurements and strong business acumen
Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE employees only)
GE Gas Turbine, GE Steam Turbine and BOP knowledge
Familiarity with long-term parts and services contracts
Sales experience with direct customer interface
Field Engineering Program (FEP) or other Technical experience
Successful Profit and Loss experience
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer tools
Strong business / financial skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Technically savvy while having strong business acumen and ability to drive overall solutions / rigor to meet customer needs Locations:
