**Role Summary:**

Digital Transformation Advisory (DTA) is an integral part of GE Digital, partnering with our largest clients to define and enable insight-led digital transformation. As a Senior Consultant Design Thinking in our DTA practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients tackle complex business issues.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

As a facilitation expert, with exceptional communication skills and design thinking skills, you will help to plan, coordinate, and deliver consulting engagements spanning across the industries that GE serves.

In this role, you will lead sessions to educate customers on human-centered customer-centric design concepts, focusing on the vision, people, process, leadership, and technology needed to digitally transform their organization and optimize value.

In this role, you will:

Develop and Implement design thinking and organizational change management workshops for use with GE clients with a focus on people, process, leadership, technology, and vision

Lead customer workshops to generate innovative, value based use cases

Analyze industrial trends and customer business objectives to deliver relevant trainings and workshops

Develop a consulting approach to conceptualize, define, drive, and execute engagement and culture change strategies

Develop people and culture frameworks to guide clients on org design

Participate in strategizing and planning sessions to help solve client issues

Work with stakeholder, at all levels, to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas

Provide facilitation thought leadership and coaching to the larger DTA team

Be a passionate advocate Digital Transformation Advisory and be able to clearly articulate GE strategy, products, and service offerings **Qualifications/Requirements:** Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer management and program managementEligibility Requirements:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

Must be willing to travel 50%

Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA **Desired Characteristics:**

Adapts to exceptions and develops new procedures and workarounds for others to use. Resolves issues pertaining to scope, schedule and budget, or drive change management

Instructs others on how to thoroughly analyze data and present findings and recommendations in a way that is easy and simple for key stakeholders to make decisions; links analysis to overall business objectives and strategies

Understands the go to market strategy and positioning of DTA services. Has industry experience relevant to understanding common challenges and realities faced by customers

Communicates the importance of understanding customer's business strategies to become an advocate for profitability on behalf of the customer - actively reviews accounts and meets with customers

Uncovers and articulates critical success factors necessary for the clients to acquire, implement, and utilize solutions

Assists customer in identifying shortcomings even when they may delay a commercial decision; utilizes GE experts to propose creative ways for the customer to master the critical success factors; articulates a roadmap that provides a high likelihood of the customer realizing expected business benefits and other key stakeholders achieving desired personal success; is accountable for overall customer successDesired Leadership Qualities

Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to the team. Identifies how the cost of change weighs against the benefits and advises accordingly.

Proactively learns new solutions and processes to address seemingly unanswerable problems
