**Role Summary:**

He/She develops practical and innovative ways to identify/meet goals, is responsible for capturing the information relevant to the requests, Communicate and coordinate accurately to Field Service Personnel for Expat Contract Management, Interaction and support to the FSEs (approx. 350 individuals), input to Payroll, HR/HROPS; support immigration & visa specialist. Support other work / scheduled activities based on requests from internal/external customers and other GE personnel.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Closely work with Resource Managers and HRM for Site Personnel expat contract management (both for actual and new requests).

Data input on payroll software and payslip calculation for Accenture

Support for the employees (Site Operation Personnel) on payslip clarification and admin activities (Site Bonus; Overtime, Vacations, etc.)

Communicate expat details to Accenture on a monthly basis

Expat package set up (as per NP policy) and expat contract preparation in line with BHGE policies

Faction as single focal point for FTC documentation such as: Certificate of Coverage (INPS), reporting, Matrix, etc

Simplify and digitalize the management of the expat personnel process. Identify best practices and process improvements in the W2W process

Drive standardization and cost-out initiatives by simplifying the processes

Recognize immediate compliance concerns for escalation to CoE leader.

Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential

Create & drive a culture of excellence within the business across all functions

Abide by all GE and local policies and procedures.

Lead Resolution of systemic process issues; ensure lesson leant are implemented to prevent repetition of issues

Select and prioritize continuous improvement projects to drive compliance, simplification and standardization of the processes across site Ops Org.

Partner with Corporate teams (Immigration CoE, STBT CoE etc) to maximize synergies and to ensure all relevant objectives can be met

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience

Solid experience in human resources and process improvement

Lean six sigma BB / MBB certified (optional)

Excellent computer skills and expertise to leverage digitization of processes and tools

Strong data analysis / manipulation capabilities

Strong skills in personal relationship building and facilitation

Eu work permit

Fluency in English

**Desired Characteristics:**

Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only)

Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented analytical skills

Dynamic, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams

Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate at all levels of organization

Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various seniority levels across organizations to achieve goals

Understanding of web page presentation and development

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leaderships skills
