**Role Summary:**

Serves as solution delivery expert in the operational areas of Problem Management in support of operational availability and stability for GE business and systems specifically focused on Healthcare. Acts as a focal point for all customer concerns and addresses with all levels of leadership. Engages and drives critical issues in the environment to a close

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Can train other individuals at all levels of understanding for newly introduced Lifecycle management products and initiatives. Has a strong grasp of compliance and exercises caution when developing new processes that would be SOX, ISO, and SOD dependent. Strong project management skills: ability to estimate scope and time, create and work to deadlines, collaborate to create a schedule.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program

Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management

Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s)

Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s)

Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization

Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams

Drives and is accountable to define and support operational models as aligned to Global Initiatives

Strongly customer oriented, drive urgency **Qualifications/Requirements:** Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university

Minimum eight years IT experience with four years project/program management or equivalentEligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Milwaukee **Desired Characteristics:**

Experience with process quality methodology

Experience with ITIL and ITSM processes especially incident, problem management and associated service delivery metrics

Understanding of ERP architecture, processes, and incidents

Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication

Project management experience in global environments

Coordinate efforts in line with the bigger picture to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority

Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent

Minimum eight years IT experience with four years project/program management or equivalent

Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply themTechnical Expertise:

Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals.

Understands concepts of setting and driving architecture direction.

Familiar with elements of gathering architecture requirements.

Familiar with concepts of costing hardware and software components. Works to assure work is on-time and within budget.

Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback.Personal Attributes:
