Tasks: u2022You are responsible for the second line service on our fast chargers. You offer remote support to our local service teams around the world. u2022You assist local teams and suppliers with the installation and commissioning of our chargers. u2022You offer advice on complex electrical or mechanical problems based on data obtained from our service systems connected to the chargers via the cloud. u2022You create and update solutions and instructions to be used by the service teams worldwide. u2022You keep a close eye on the performance of the charger, and based on data analysis, you loop field issues back into R&D and factory. u2022In the case of complicated problems, you go into the field yourself to solve remaining problems. u2022Performs medium to high complex Service tasks like installation , commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades and retrofit, end of life service etc.). u2022Ensures customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio. u2022Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. u2022Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes Requirements: u2022Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical field, for example Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or IT. u20228 years minimum total experience in engineering, computer engineering or other field technical services related to electrical or electronic equipment u2022You have experience in maintaining and / or designing electromechanical installations. u2022Affinity and experience of Linux software. u2022Working Knowledge of OCPP is a preferred, but not a requirement. u2022You are able to work independently and proactively. u2022You are solution-oriented and like to find sustainable solutions based on indirect evidence. u2022You are eager to learn and you are prepared to develop technical skills within this area. u2022You have good communication skills towards both external and internal parties. u2022You are capable of working in multidisciplinary teams, and you have excellent knowledge of the English language both orally and in writing. u2022Fluency in English and Spanish are a plus, English is a requirement, Spanish is desired.
