The Co-op will work with the asset management team to optimize maintenance programs and prioritize capital projects to ensure overall reliability of the transmission system. He/she will develop with the asset management team to develop a comprehensive technical asset plans for maintenance and capital project. Lastly, this individual will be engaged in post mortem analysis of Transformer and breaker failures. This may require multiple site visits and inspections.
